So, Phil decided we needed to jazz up our pound cake today, so he made Instant Pineapple Upside-down cake. What is IPUDC? Well, he cooks pineapple in brown sugar and butter, pretty much caramelizing it. Then he pours it over the pound cake with the whipped cream. Now, I could have done without the whipped cream, well, he cheated and used Cool Whip, and it made it way too rich for me. He had no problems woofing it down. LOL
It really did taste like pineapple upside-down cake. LOL
