In a magazine I saw a recipe for Banana Coconut upside down cake. And since we're not big fans of coconut here, I just did the bananas. I called up Phil's sister to see how she makes her cake, and off I went. It actually looks better than it did in the magazine, too bad I don't eat bananas. LOL
